1Product Descriptions: Stitched & Unstitched Collections

Saga Fabrics specializes in handcrafted ethnic wear, offering both Ready-to-Wear Stitched Garments (such as Short Kurtis, Long Kurtis, and Stitched Suits in sizes XS to XXL) and 100% Pure Cotton Unstitched Suit Fabric Sets.

• Unstitched Suit Sets: Include generous unstitched fabric lengths (~2.5m Kurti top, ~2.5m Bottom pants, ~2.25m Pure Dupatta) customizable by your personal tailor to any size from XS to 5XL.
• Stitched Ready-to-Wear: Pre-stitched garments crafted according to our standard Women's Size Chart.
• Since our pieces feature authentic artisanal hand-embroidery and natural printing, minor variations in thread weave or color tone are natural hallmarks of handcrafted authenticity.

2Pricing & Razorpay Payment Terms

All prices listed on our store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable taxes.

3Order Cancellation Policy

Customers can request an order cancellation within 12 hours of placement or before the item has been dispatched by emailing support@sagafabrics.in or messaging WhatsApp +91 70233 52132.

Upon successful cancellation, a 100% full refund will be initiated back to your original payment source (Bank/UPI/Card) within 5 to 7 business days.

47-Day Return, Replacement & Size Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns and size exchanges are accepted under the following clear conditions within 7 days of delivery:

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (100% Free Replacement or Refund): If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sagafabrics.in or WhatsApp +91 70233 52132 with unboxing photos or video evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or initiate a full refund.
• Size Fit & Exchange (For Stitched Kurtis & Suits): If you ordered a size that doesn't fit you, you can request a Size Exchange within 7 days of delivery. To process the size exchange, the customer is required to pay nominal reverse pickup and courier re-shipping charges. Simply contact our support team on WhatsApp with your Order ID and desired size.
• Eligibility Criteria: All returned or exchanged items must be completely unused, unwashed, unaltered, and packed in their original condition with all brand tags attached. Fabric pieces that have already been cut or stitched by your tailor cannot be returned.

5Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery timelines range from 3 to 7 business days across India via courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC). Shipping is complimentary on all orders.
