When you order unstitched fabrics on Saga Fabrics, we collect the necessary information required for processing and delivering your package:

• Contact Details: Full name, mobile phone number (for SMS/WhatsApp tracking updates), and email address.
• Shipping Address: Street address, city, state, and PIN code for BlueDart / Delhivery courier dispatch.

2. Secure Payment Gateway (Razorpay)

We integrate with Razorpay Payment Gateway using 256-bit bank-grade SSL encryption.

Saga Fabrics does NOT store or record your Credit Card numbers, Debit Card CVVs, NetBanking passwords, or UPI PINs on our servers. All financial transactions are securely processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

3. 7-Day Return & Size Exchange Guidelines

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: Can be returned for a 100% free replacement or full refund within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photo or video proof.
• Size Exchange (For Stitched Kurtis & Suits): If you ordered an incorrect size or it does not fit you comfortably, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for nominal reverse pickup and re-shipping courier charges.
• Condition: Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with brand tags intact. Fabric sets that have been cut, stitched, or altered cannot be accepted for return.

• To fulfill and dispatch your unstitched suit fabric order.
• To send order confirmation and live courier tracking links.
