1. How to Request an Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please email our support team at support@sagafabrics.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 70233 52132 with your Order ID.

• Cancellations requested before order dispatch will be processed immediately.
• Once an order has been handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

2. 7-Day Return & Replacement for Damaged / Defective Items

Every garment and fabric set undergoes thorough inspection prior to dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

1. Contact our team within 7 days of delivery with unboxing photos or video evidence.
2. Our team will verify the claim and arrange a 100% Free Replacement or initiate a full refund.

3. Size Exchange Policy (For Stitched Kurtis & Suits)

Ordered a size that doesn't fit you comfortably? No worries! We offer convenient size exchanges:

• 7-Day Window: Size exchange requests must be placed within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp (+91 70233 52132) or Email with your Order ID and required replacement size.
• Shipping Charges: Since free shipping is already provided on the original order, customer is responsible for nominal reverse pickup and courier re-shipping fees for size exchanges.
• Item Condition: The garment must be completely unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

4. Razorpay Refund Credit Process

All approved refunds are automatically routed back to your original source of payment (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking) via the Razorpay payment gateway.

Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or card statement after processing.
